Spicy Banana Chips

1. Remove the skin 2. Wash and cut it into thin round pieces 3.In a pan pour enough Cocofino coconut oil for deep frying 4. Add Robusta slices to the hot oil 5. Stir in between 6. Remove crispy chips from oil. 7. Add HbN chilli powder, HbN pepper powder and salt 8. Enjoy it with tea!

Chicken Curry

• In a pan add oil , saute big onion and ginger garlic paste • Add tomatoes, green chilli , salt and curry leaves • To the mix add coriander powder, chilli powder,turmeric powder and chicken masala. • stir continuously • Add 1 cup boiled water , cover it, cook on low fire for 20 minutes • Garnish with curry leaves • Serve hot with Roti or Rice.

Bread Pakodas

1. Cut bread in triangle shapes 2. Make a thick batter of the remaining ingredients with water. 3. Put bread slices in the batter and then fry it. 4. Serve hot with chutney.
